Don t hesitate to use Refresh The best customer service
I read reviews on Trust Pilot for Refresh and thought I d give them a try It costs 500 to replace my laser cartridges so being able to buy them for under a 100 it seemed like a great idea Cartridges arrived in a timely manner but it wasn t long before they left streaks and blotches all over my prints I contacted customer service who replied quickly They needed a few details just photos and scans Photo s so they knew the cartridge numbers and scans of the poor quality prints On receiving my information they organised for next day delivery of a new set of cartridges which are working brilliantly Originally the problem was only with the colour cartridges but it the started to occur with the black toner so they replaced that too I asked them what I needed to order next time to ensure I got the cartridges that work on my printer and they assured me they had already made a note on my file so I would automatically get the correct cartridges next time So with a saving of around 400 and probably the best customer service I have encountered in the UK I recommend their services without hesitation

Highly recommended
I always use Refresh in Newton Abbot Fella there Paul is always helpful and well informed I can t remember ever having a problem with anything I ve bought there mainly it s replacement compatible cartridges that I buy but they do sell loads of other stuff too but I m confident they d sort any problems that did occur straight away

Amazing service
Amazing service I ordered some compatible laser toner over a year ago The invoice is dated 5Mar2019 To my amazement the old toner lasted and lasted and lasted and has only just finally run out Last Sunday 23Mar2020 I installed the black cartridge and it steadfastly to work On Monday I phoned Refresh Cartridges and meekly asked if there was anything they could do for me Chris simply checked my post code looked up the invoice and emailed me a returns label On Tuesday a courier picked up the returns On Thursday a new set of cartridges arrived They worked first time I think you could safely say that I am a fan

I have ordered ink from several companies in the past and most this time either were out of stock or seemed expensive and then I came across refresh cartridges whilst searching the internet Found exactly what I needed straight away with items in stock ready for immediate delivery at a good price I ordered at 4 25 p m and the ink came through my letterbox before lunchtime the following day fantastic Have put the cartridges into my printer and they work perfectly and produce brilliant photos and prints I cant recommend this experience and company highly enough Will recommend to anyone and everyone and will be my first and only port of call next time I need ink Thanks very much refresh cartridges -

Ordered 2 remanufactured cartridges
Ordered 2 remanufactured cartridges which I received 3 working days after dispatch which is excellent considering current Covid-19 issues There was an issue with the colour cartridge not working in my particular printer which I emailed about and received a reply the following day I was sent a replacement cartridge immediately and received it 2 working days after dispatch Cartridge which does not work can be sent back by FREEPOST address Delighted with quality of both fully working cartridges Will definitely purchase from Refresh Cartridges again and would recommend them
