I ordered a pair of refurbished AirPods The item received was a clear fake - Chinese packaging and cheap box I have the original box from Apple to compare it to and it was worlds apart I asked the company for a refund and return address and they sent me an address in London to return to I sent the item back 1st class recorded by Royal Mail however they have claimed the item was never returned Please do not buy anything from this company they package up cheap fakes and try to claim they are real A complete waste of time and money

SCAM WEBSITE Ordered Ipods and charger cable Charger cable was sent out with tracker number but company have used this tracker number to claim pods arrived Says it all when their reply to my review does not even match the complaint

Disappointed with AirPods Poor Battery Life Connectivity Issues and Unreliable Performance

Subject Request for Warranty Claim and Refund for Defective AirPodsI am extremely disappointed with my recent AirPods purchase The right AirPod refuses to charge and even loses battery while supposedly charging Additionally the battery performance of these AirPods is unacceptable I tested them and found that the AirPods lose about 40 of their battery within the first hour of use and the charging case is completely drained after recharging the AirPods just twice Furthermore the buttons are overly sensitive causing calls to disconnect if I try to wear the AirPods during a call I have also noticed connectivity issues both AirPods frequently lose connection with each other making them unreliable for use I have sent multiple emails this morning and attached screenshots illustrating the issues but I have yet to receive any response This lack of communication is highly frustrating and unacceptable I have tried to call them but no one picking up phone and returning calls if I left voice mail I have owned Apple AirPods before and never experienced such problems I deeply regret purchasing this product from your website
