DO NOT ORDER I ordered a mask on sale and then thought to research reviews off their website They won t return my email or calls I keep getting updated emails saying my item has shipped but when I hit track package it won t give me any information I m so frustrated

Was charged for the LED facial serum and never received it The customer service number is a scam 800-557-0297 A recording says they are with other customers and to leave my name and number for a return call Many days have passed and no call I did receive the mask after 3 weeks The best thing about it is the box it came in

The buy one-get one free offer is a scam - no free mask ever arrived and the telephone number gives the same recorded response and no-one ever calls back or responds to your email messages I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from this company

I paid for this led face mask and never received it

I ordered this led face mask on December 6th for a Christmas present for my mom I ve tried emailing this terrible company to see when her gift would be arriving and kept getting ups trackers from them saying it was on its way Well today is Christmas I never recieved the red light mask I bought her and since they already charged me I can t afford anything else Now I have no gift for my mom and I have to go thru the hassel of reporting this company as a fraud and try to get my money back Do not use this fraudulent company at any cost

This is a huge SCAM My product supposedly shipped and I was provided tracking information but I never received it First it was listed as out for delivery then undeliverable even though I had been home all day and no delivery attempt was made so I reached out for support and was told to just wait a few more days or contact my local post office which I did and they had no package It did not arrive and I reached out again with no response I requested a refund and was told I had to send the item back to them before I could get a refund The item I NEVER RECEIVED I tried calling the phone number on thier website and guess what - it rings once with no answer and then just stops ringing So I have no product can t get a refund and you can t reach anyone for support
