Fast broadband quick response to outage
My connection is good and the Service is friendly Even their prices are the lowest on the market for Fiberglass Only cons are Go change your wireless and router password directly My one has been so weak that I had unwanted traffic viewers The service supported me to get my Router Password and now I cant complain anymore Besides the previews Internet Providers which I had they are the best on the Irish Market

Excellent work from my installer Nik
Surprised by some of the negative reviews - that hasn t been my experience at all Switched to Regional Broadband for a 5G service while working from home during COVID following years of problems with our wired connection Fast speeds from the off and while sometimes it might drop for a few seconds overall the connection is excellent In terms of customer service just yesterday we had a huge electrical storm overhead which cut the power to the house and fried our 5G antenna leaving us offline Contacted Regional Broadband at 3pm explaining we urgently needed reconnection as we were working from home They had someone out first thing the next morning and we were back online by 9am with upgraded equipment and faster speeds than before Really can t argue with that I appreciate some people seem to have had different experiences with their connection speeds and customer service but my own experience with them has been very positive

Great install experience
I got broadband installed in my new house I would like to thank Nik who spent hours at the house and wouldn t give up until we found the best spot to install the modem for coverage So far I have I have nothing but praise for the company and staff
