First visit to a Reiki session found it most relaxing and Aman put me at ease straight away would definitely be paying a visit again when I come to Leeds

This was my first ever Reiki session with Aman She was amazing Very professional she took the time and patience to talk to me about what Reiki is She could sense I was hesitant but she put me an ease The session was so uplifting I felt I had this peace within me all day The sound therapy too was something i have never experienced and that is something that I enjoyed immensely Thank you Aman for being so professional I cannot wait for my next session Ash

First EVER reiki session

I had my first session with Aman this week what an experience Very relaxing and comfortable Aman has a very calming aura about her which instantly puts you at ease She took her time to get to know my needs from the session and truly listened to every word I said without rushing or hesitation Thank you

She was so lovely and understanding We had a great chat before about what i wanted from the sessions and then just relaxed for an hour with some sound healing and crystal work Honestly so relaxing and work the time to spend on yourself

Psychological Therapy So glad I found Amandeep my son was suffering with bad anxiety and after our first meeting my son felt so at ease talking through his problems and thoughts Amandeep has such a calming presence and put us both at ease and we have been going ever since Thankyou so much for everything you re a star

Amandeep has been such a warm and caring support for me after the loss of my mother She helped me to process my grief on every level emotional physical psychological and spiritual I am so grateful to have found someone who understands me who listens and who often can put words to things I struggle to say I called on Amandeep when I felt overwhelmed by grief If I didn t have her compassionate support I know I wouldn t feel so strong as I do now only 6 months after Mum passed

I ve now had 3 reiki sessions with Amandeep and really enjoyed the experience She is so warm caring supportive and takes lots of time to listen and understand Lovely hugs too

This is going to be so long but I have SO much to say about this absolutely amazing woman 5 stars doesn t even begin to show just how incredible this woman is I ve been working with Amandeep for just over a year and I can absolutely say with chest that she is by far the best therapist I have ever met I ve gone through so many different therapists and counsellors but of all of them Amandeep truly stood out from the rest Amandeep is such a lovely woman and managed to help me more over the span of 1 year than any other professional I ve met in the the last 5 She creates such a safe and comfortable space where the moment I met her we immediately clicked and I knew from the beginning that she s special Unlike many other professionals Amandeep didn t see me as if I was just another way to pay her bills she didn t treat me like a patient or see me as my condition she saw me as a human You can absolutely tell just how dedicated she is to her job With every single one of our sessions I felt the heavy feeling on my chest get lighter and lighter At the beginning of our work together I was in such a horrible and scary dark place If you showed me a year ago the type of person I am today I would never believe it I m still in shock of how much I managed to grow heal and develop as a person in just year Words can not express how grateful I am for meeting such a beautiful soul Amandeep is such a rare type of person and I can not emphasise how lucky I am to have met her I talk about her to all my friends and family as if she is a friend I was truly saddened when our time ended but one of the many things Amandeep taught me was to cherish the great memories rather than dwelling over the fact that it s over I could genuinely write a whole essay and talk for hours about how much this woman changed my life I truly don t believe I would be the person I am today if it wasn t for her She taught me so much and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone She somehow managed to completely change the trajectory of my life through 1 hour sessions that I am in complete amazement of her talent I want to go on about this heaven-sent woman even more but this has in fact gone from a simple review to an essay You can probably tell just how grateful I am Amandeep thank you so much for your help I am so so so grateful I met you Thank you so much you deserve the world and more Yours truly Alyana
