Non-existent Customer Services - Cancellation
As pointed out by the previous review autorenewal is a major issue or more to the point cancellation of trial subscriptions is a nightmare Again why or how there is no cancel here facility on the app itself clearly visible is odd and suspicious given Rekordbox Pioneer are a global brand The promise of easy cancellation is an empty one My very frustrating experience is ongoing and as yet unresolved that after contacting them - with untold difficulties signing in to my own account and being repeatedly booted and having to re-sign in then using the online form facility twice which if you don t fill every field including an uploaded image refuses to submit again with no response whatsoever not even the usual auto-response acknowledging the submitted query and via Instagram and Facebook again with no replies Nothing I m shocked to be honest that a brand with such global reach and influence is able to get away with absolutely non-existent customer services provision yet remain viable Still I will pursue my measly 6 on principle alone If a hundred thousand people are being fleeced for 6 that s 600 000 DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE 6 DAY iOS APP TRIAL there s nothing there worth paying for If I could give them no stars at all I would regardless of the good quality of Pioneer s hardware Terrible
