Appreciated the thorough survey and valuation from Reliable and really appreciated John the surveyor taking the time to have a phone call with me afterwards to discuss in detail the points he d flagged Made this stressful process a little bit easier and did so while beating some of their competitors pricing Good choice if you need a survey done

Excellent
Excellent was really unsure on who to use to do my survey I am really pleased I used this company I was updated to when they were going round and given information straight after I had a level 2 survey done I was happy with the service I had I thought it was very in-depth Definitely really happy and would recommend

Friendly Thorough Efficient
What more could you ask for Genuinely lovely staff that are patient not pushy when scheduling the survey and a punctual surveyor that gives you a thorough report after 2 days all at a reasonable price

Without doubt Reliable Property Group are the BEST company I have ever used for my home survey The staff are SO polite and the survey itself was conducted within just 2 days of me getting in touch I cannot rate this company highly enough they take a lot of pride in serving customers and the entire customer experience was FANTASTIC

Hi Rhiannon -Josh KingsI was very pleased I asked Reliable Property Group to do a home survery for me The survey was carried out by Josh Kings and was very informative had lots of photos of the property and I was amazed how quickly it was emailed to me It was 74 pages long and if ever I needed another one I would definately ask them to do it again Janice York Sutton Surrey

Fantastic
Had a fantastic experience with this company They were not aggressive in they sale At first I spoken to Jordan and he was very helpful Joshua King did a wonderful job with the report He included photos and called me after the survey to discus it He emailed the survey report that afternoon I would highly recommend the Reliable group and Joshua King

Great surveyor if you need a lot of details on the property
Alex Rowlands carried the survey on the property I am buying and I was extremely pleased with the level of details and advice included in the report This report definitely helped me decide in an informed manner Overall I have found the whole team at Reliable Property Group to be trustworthy and helpful I highly recommend them
