Very expensive shipping cost and unfair refund policy
I bought I really cute skirt on their website just guessing the size because they don t have physical stores to go and try things on paying for the item and shipping kind of odd in 2022 But I really liked the skirt so I decided to get on with it pretty expensive fee as well The skirt was unfortunately too small for me so I asked for a replacement after paying for the return of the unsuitable item myself It turns out that the don t have the size up and they offer me a refund But SURPRISE the don t refund the initial shipping cost Now this is very unserious from a company that sells you clothes at this prices for a quality that for what I saw was mediocre Plus the fact that I can t try things on because they chose not to have a physical store to save money shouldn t weight on my wallet when it comes to shipping at all I told the customer service and they just got rid of me saying thanks for the feedback Never buying from them again

I had very high expectations from this
I had very high expectations from this brand as I ve bought some great gear from them in the past but I ll never buy from them again The Lunar Maxi dress looks like it s made out of cheap curtain lining It fits horrendously It cost me 40 in postage now I have to pay 43 to send it back The dress cost me 135 postage so totally no point Can t even on-sell it because it s so cheap and nasty I expected better from you Religion very poor form

The clothing are made out of cheap and nasty materials Don t bother They don t offer free delivery and they don t offer free return either Then they rip you off with restocking fees In fact the return process is a complete hassle You have to actually make a request that you want to return your order and then you have to wait until they authorise it if they ever do It s bullsh t I m so fed up with them already This was my first order and the last one for sure

Really disappointed with the customer
Really disappointed with the customer service ordered my order a month ago just received an email to say that this would like up to 2-4 weeks After 2 weeks I sent email the the team requesting information about my order and they said would receive following week waited nearly 2 weeks and nothing not even information of if this was dispatched or not so emailed again and then they just cancelled my order This mad me feel a bit disappointed because I didn t request cancellation and was so happy to receive my shirts and now just no I want me purchasing from here as this service wasn t great

Ordered 3 dresses as the looked amazing
Ordered 3 dresses as the looked amazing on the website for a ball I m going to attend The 3 dresses came quite promptly but the quality of all three and dissatisfaction of the colour of one one dressed and the poor sizing on all 3 I requested to return items to be advised it was my responsibility to pay for returns at a cost of approx 18 absolutely diabolical will never order anything again from this company

Religion are a rip off
Religion are a rip off expensive clothing for not great quality and then they rip you off for postage and for returning most companies these day charge to return but they set up and Evri Yodel but Religion dont even give you a label and then make you go to the post office not worth it as the quality is not worth the price
