AVOID Terrible service and experience Would give it 0 stars The designated parking spot to return the car was taken Called Relok hotline twice and was unanswered Called GoMore about returning and was told to contact Relok This back and forth ended up adding another hour to my trip which resulted in an additional charge for late return AND extra mileage The allowed parking zone was more than half a hour away from where I picked up the car Missed my train because of this Wrote Relok a detailed email explaining the situation and have not gotten any response Finally got through to them via telephone and was told there is nothing they can do about it I am to bear the financial penalties for their incompetency

Great customer service and vans
I needed a van for a last-minute job and they really came through The van was clean and in great shape What really made the difference for me was the customer support not Gomore I had a few questions about the rental process and the parking and they were super helpful and patient with me It felt like they were making sure I had a good experience I ll definitely be using them again in the future
