Lost 50 to these people They didn t refund full amount and added 5 restocking fee

I placed an order for 4 bottles of Cognac July 16 they shipped them via UPS and required a signature All other UPS orders to my building never had an issue but this time UPS claimed 1st they could not enter the building because of the security code I called and provided them with the code Next time UPS said it would deliver between 10 15am and 1 15pm at 1 30pm they changed the time to by 7 00pm so I could not be there Next attempt same thing first between 10 15am and 1 15pm at 1 30 they again changed the time once more I made plans based on the initial delivery window In the last attempt exactly the same I was there as they promised between 10 15am and 1 15pm UPS changed the delivery time AFTER the initial window had passed They also wanted me to pay extra to change the delivery location to a UPS store UPS sent the shipment back to Remedy Liquor and I contacted the seller explaining what had happened Once they received the returned shipment from UPS they credited my account MINUS the shipping and 5 RESTOCKING fee So they basically pocket 50 I again explained what had happened and sent them screenshots from my phone of the UPS tracking with the initial delivery window and the changed times Remedy Liquor did not even acknowledge they had received my request for a full refund For a company that sells expensive spirits you ll think they provide better service and customer support Now I order my cognac directly from France and pay a little more total extra 30 for a 4 bottle order compared with Remedy Liquor price but I would rather not give my money to a company that does not stand behind their customers That was my last order from them Also my friends stopped ordering from them Do not use this company it will be an expensive mistake and headache Bad karma Remedy Liquor

They sent me an empty bottle of Bulleit

They sent me an empty bottle of Bulleit Rye in a group of 4 bottles There were not signs of leakage on box They shipped it empty The price was great but now I know why They keep some of the product for themselves They claimed to file insurance claim but never did AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

We experienced extremely poor service We purchased a bottle of cognac as a birthday gift for a friend but it was never delivered FedEx claimed that someone signed for it but the name was clearly fake suggesting the parcel was stolen Despite paying a significant amount for insurance and delivery Remedy refused to assist stating that FedEx had delivered the parcel Our interaction with Remedy s support was extremely unpleasant and we will never buy from this store again While the lost money is frustrating it s the undelivered gift for our friend that truly disappoints us

Remedy operates in Bad Faith Are Frauds

I placed an order The tracking number they sent showed the order never left California and Remedy even said the package was delivered but it was not They later said the package had been damaged while in transit and they had to wait to receive it back from Fedex They never sent out the order and they have not refunded my money

I have placed many orders over the years without issues The most recent two boxes that I received looked like a 2 year old packed it with whatever was lying around the warehouse One bottle leaked The company said they would not stand behind it because I did not purchase the extra insurance from them I replied that by not buying their optional insurance I should not get insufficient quality in packaging They would not reply to me after several requests After buying thousands of dollars from them over the last few years I would have thought there would be better customer service I placed another order around the same time from Sip Tequila and the packaging was outstanding No leaks Unfortunately I will not by from Remedy again To save a dollar on a bottle vs others and get such poor packaging and customer service is not worth it

Remedy Liquor s sells damaged goods

Item was received in a damaged condition as evidenced by the attached images indicating that the damage did not occur during shipping Remedy Liquor s knowingly sent out goods that were already damaged The damage to the boxes and labels was not a result of the shipping process The box was compromised by Remedy Liquor s and its staff and it was sold to an unaware customer under misleading circumstances Remedy Liquor s customer service number 818 495-9998 is currently non-functional leaving customers without assistance The ongoing email exchanges suggest that the vendor is intentionally selling defective products Remedy Liquor s is refusing to take any responsibility for shipping damaged goods

Beware of this scams company I ordered some liquor for new year party after 8 days without any response from the company I tried to cancel my order and they responded with 5 restocking fee when they didn t even shipped my order yet never buy from them again don t buy from them save yourself some headache

Remedy Was a Horrible Experience

It took nearly a month for them to complete my order No luck reaching customer service by phone despite being on hold in the queue for literally three hours before being hung up on and no reply by email My order fianally arrived long after I sent a request to cancel it and long after it was way too late to give it as the gifts the items were intended to be Horrible
