Amazing concierge teamSpecial shoutout to Kareem from the Waterfront Concierge team at Royal Arsenal who went out of his way to help me with a beeping smoke alarm on a Sunday evening in what would otherwise have been a sleepless night for the entire floor with how loud the beeping was Super thankful and grateful for his help x

Very helpful building manager

My flat has had a leak on and off for several months now coming from above Raphael House in Ilford have had change of a building managers a couple of time and I have struggled to get anyone to listen and take action Abbie Jones deputy building manager has been great and very proactive I feel hopeful that the issues will resolve soon

I just wanted to give a well deserved shout out to Monica Strydom I live in Crown Wharf and since she started there have been many things sorted out that we have been trying to get for ages with the previous manager that we didn t think existed Latest I ve heard she s changing over the night staff to the same people as the day staff which we have been suggesting but nobody listened Keep up the good work

5Stars for Abbie Jones who has recently not only been extremely helpful but equally efficient and professional in helping me get some repairs carried out to my en-suite bathroom I have always found Abbie to take on any issues promptly to find answers and actions I think her happy joyful demeanour and good communication skills help to resolve issues quickly and promptly Thanks Abbie
