Apperently renewal by andersen instructs their salesmen to lie to the public i had a representative of andersen come to my house and informed me that my windows were warped My windows are new and less than a year old I visibly inspected my windows for any damage and do not see any warping

Do not stand behind their products

Spent a considerable amount of money getting doors and windows replaced Subsequently a door handle broke Have been waiting 6 months for a resolution Wrong parts undelivered parts technicians with the right parts unable to complete the repair and causing actual damage to the door Still unresolved Very disappointing and no sense of urgency to fix Do not recommend

Don t Use Them

Wish I could give a minus rating Don t make my mistake use this company High pressure sales tactics lock in contracts long wait times zero customer service I tried to change my mind from a standard patio slider to french doors they are forcing me to install the slider otherwise I ll pay get nothing I m mad at myself because I should ve known better than to sign a contract over pay I hope this helps someone else before they sign on the dotted line Terrible company They should be ashamed

Poor Installation

DO NOT USE Andersen We spent over 30k on 2 doors and the installation is horrible The first day it rained we had an indoor waterfall The black hardware is also scuffed and to top it all off we have gone 3 weeks without an important interlock piece This part creates a big hole near the base of our doors open to critters pests and natural elements Overpriced over-promised poor installation do not use Renewal by Andersen We would have expected better quality and installation for spending so much money Also all the door plates have Andersen written on them and it looks tacky not classy at all for a feature door Complete waste of our time and money

They are a bunch of crooks

They are a bunch of crooks Al Alfieri the General Manager of Renewal by Andersen of Los Angeles is a liar and a crook He and his company owe me in excess of 7 000 00 Do not buy windows from this company Their corporate office does not return calls when they say that they will Total scam Windows are way overpriced and their customer service sucks

RUN don t walk away from Renewal

We had them redo all of the windows and doors on our house We expected it to be pricey due to the job and decided to splurge as they had good products and a good guarantee Big Mistake They made all of the windows with incorrect exterior trim color 5 of the windows had globs of sealant between the panels and the overall quality is not what I would expect for if I had paid half of what I did The install team did not use filters or other lead precautions like we were told they would and at the end of the job the team left dust all over the inside of our house tested negative for lead luckily and piles of trash and sawdust all over our yard That s when they completely stopped communicating We had to schedule our own final inspection because we could not get our concierge to return our calls We re still waiting 3 weeks now for them to return our calls regarding all the QC failure windows and incorrect trim after they offered 500 off of our almost 6 figure job The windows are functionally great but not worth anywhere near what I paid

Pushy Sales People

Would 100 never buy from this company based on the experience with their sales person Super pushy and hard sell At almost 2 hours into his visit for the quote we told him we needed to be somewhere and had to get going we were already 30 minutes late and he became visibly upset saying he felt uncomfortable being rushed Do yourself a favour and don t bother with this company

It s been months and I am still getting emails and spam despite repeatedly demanding to be removed from contact lists

Got conned into signing up for a contest at a fair It s been months and I am still getting emails and calls from Renewal by Andersen despite repeatedly demanding being removed from contact lists This is a violation of the Do Not Call List And really if the company is THAT desperate to sell their products then the product services cannot be all that good to begin with

TRAUMATIZED

If I could give 0 stars I would Horrible customer service lack of professionalism no accountability Lying about documentation Lying to get business Lack of communication Disrespected my home Going through third parties to gain access to my home without my knowledge Never again Spend so much to feel violated in my own home by these people Horrible and Traumatic experience the WHOLE way through From Sales Customer Service to parts department scheduling contractors and management Only time they respond in a timely fashion is when reviews like this are written Reached out for a resolution and no follow through Not even a formal apology That s customer service for ya That s how they want you to feel special take your money and RUN Shiesty Business Practices

Renewal by Andersen representive did

Renewal by Andersen representive did not show up for our appointment Received reminders from them and they don t show Wasted 3 hours waiting for them No text phone call or email saying they were not coming I called to see where they were and was told they couldn t do doors and shelved my evaluation I called and made appointment for window replacements There inter communication must lack follow through Would not trust the Oklahoma City office at all
