Arturs Kimen wasp nest removal this week

Arturs Kimen came to my home this week to get rid of a wasp nest He explained to me how the dust he was using was going to work and how I would be wasp free in a few hours Being cautious I waited until today to ensure the wasp nest was indeed gone and as Arturs has promised there is not a wasp to be seen Very prompt service from a very courteous member of the Rentokil team

Daniel was very professional knowledgable and courteous He took time to explain what he was doing how it all worked and what to expect Daniel made suggestions for going forward how to stop things happening again Daniel also took time after setting the bait to chat and to make us feel at ease It can be a little off putting to find you have a nest of rats and mice living in your garden From the initial call to the finial call out it was quick prompt and again very professional

House visit

Darren Fitzpatrick called to me very promptly after I contacted Rentokil He is very informative and professional He went out of his way to ease my fear I am very happy with his visits It is good to have the same technician call out as they know you and your house set up and you are comfortable with them

Wasp Nest treatment

I was visited by Paul Dooley technician He assessed the problem which was outdoors in a vent Explained the procedure and very efficiently dealt with the problem Thankfully there is no more activity from wasp site Paul was courteous and reassuring with his explanations
