This is a total scam They refused to refund my card after charging me 39 EUR for nothing They completely ignored my request to cancel the subscription I didn t even know about They claimed they sent me a subscription notification email and that I opened it from the United States but the truth is that I am not in the United States and I don t have that email in my inbox not even in my spam folder I had to contact my bank and request a chargeback Never pay even 1 EUR to this company All their ads will redirect you to other websites Always

Got charged for a service I did not use

I signed up for what was advertised as a 3-day access to contact a landlord for a cost of 1 EUR However I was subsequently billed for a 39 EUR monthly subscription which I did not knowingly agree to The subscription information was presented in very small and subtle fine print far below the main payment link making it unclear that I was being enrolled in an ongoing subscription I believe this advertising was deceptive and I am trying to request a refund for the 39 EUR charge as I did not intend to subscribe

508 Euro debited in the name of 1 euro

Warning stay away scam website I was charged 2 euros to contact the landlord but no matter what I tried it was impossible to make contact Then I was charged 39 euros for a subscription that I didn t even know existed I have no idea when I signed up for this subscription So this subscription was added without my knowledge and the money was taken from my account Despite not using the services and offerings of this website at all Be careful everyone there are scammers here They just want to exploit us and take our money

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with your service which has been deeply frustrating and unsatisfactory As a student I rely on a student credit card with a limited monthly limit of 100 to manage my expenses I initially subscribed to your service for 1 to assist in finding a house Unfortunately I was unable to secure any housing or make meaningful use of the service beyond the initial subscription To my surprise your service was automatically upgraded without any prior notification or consent This auto-upgrade has been deducting amounts from my credit card significantly impacting my finances Despite canceling the subscription I noticed that further deductions were still being made which I find completely unfair and unacceptable Furthermore I attempted to delete my account and all associated data but I discovered that this is not possible through your platform To resolve this matter I request the following A full refund of all amounts deducted from my credit card after the initial 1 subscription including any charges made after canceling the subscription Immediate deletion of my account and all associated personal data ensuring that no further charges will be incurred This unauthorized auto-upgrade and the difficulty in managing my account have made this one of the worst customer experiences I have encountered I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and address this matter promptly

Terrible Experience Charged Without Consent

I signed up with Rentola to find rental options paying a 1 registration fee However without any notification or consent they charged me 40 shortly afterward This was not made clear during the sign-up process and I feel completely scammed I reached out for help but their support was unresponsive and didn t address my concerns I d recommend avoiding this service to save yourself from hidden fees and a frustrating experience Very disappointed

Beware they steal

unbelievable after a small subscription from 01 00 39 00 is suddenly debited from my account where do they get the nerve I don t think it says anywhere that they will just do that after creating a 1 Euro subscription So just don t fall for it I wonder if I will get my money back After all they have not contributed anything to the search
