It is one big scam You purchase the service to get the landlord details for one euro they use authorization to charger this one euro later and simply collect 39 from your account for premium service that you don t need I cancelled premium subscription 8 hours after they have charged me cause I don t need it and didn t ask for it but they are refusing to refund the money Scam fraud nothing good to say about them This company need a good lawyer who will make work of it cause this cannot be legal

I strongly advise against using this site After signing up for the free trial I was unable to cancel my subscription I first contacted customer service for information and received a reply within 24 hours However when I sent a new request along with proof that I hadn t taken out a subscription for them to stop charging me I received no reply Worse still they tried to charge me again Very disappointing experience and unreliable service

It s a scam I subscribed for a trial period only of 1 Euro that is good for 7 days from October 10 to October 17 To my surprise they charged me 39 Euro on November 6 though my trial subscription was already expired I got charged without an active subscription I checked my profile and checked my membership account there is no option to cancel this I contacted my bank and said to try contacting Rentola But Rentola does not have contact details Now I cannot login to my Rentola account Please do not try this site It s definitely a SCAM
