last month i fought with rentoza
last month i fought with rentoza regarding my payments once i paid them they sent me the certificate of ownership stating that my contract has ended and i now own the items i rented this month they tried to deduct my account then they blocked my device that i now own i immediately sent an message to Chris govender the director no repsonse i sent whatapp messages with proof of the certificate of ownership yet now one person phoned or responded to my plea to unlock my device because i am a small business owner i was forced to pay till now they not repsonding with my evidence of certificate of ownership this company is a fraud this how they scam people who are desperate to have new devices or products but cant afford to due to bad credit they are preying on the weak and vulnerable which is pathethic the director chris govender is on all platforms stating how Rentoza is taking the economy to the next step yet they are defrauding innocent victims i want my monies that i paid refunded back to me and a verbal apology i strongly suggest before renting anything out with this company to really think look for other means before approaching this company

Guys please be carefull before you order The order is second hand and not new ones I order a PS 4 it com in a normal brown box and not in a PS 4 box You pay for a new one I am going to cancel mine And the delivery is very late and waiting for hours So before you order read the orher comments I not going to buy again from them

I hate people who can t keep their end of the promise when I did I ordered the phone mid-November this was a gift for the 27th of November however was told the phone will be delivered Dec 12 been waiting since and today is Dec 22 I m so surprised what they are doing in Sandton offices imagine Sandton No reply on WhatsApp except automated and no person Got over 10 emails about my delivery that has NO TRACKING NUMBER

They are the worst provider in RSA Been having do much problems They don t know how to communicate with their clients You can send email and WhatsApp yet nothing gets done They double charged me n still call me to say they haven t received a payment I also did a buyout of which they haven t stuck to n charging me amounts that s not been agreed upon I m deeply disappointed with this company as most of them are incompetent and their systems don t talk to each other like they the agents I will not recommend them to anyone as they just not worth the effort They are also a complete rip off Don t buy anything from them you ll be making the worst mistake of your life

Very bad customer service Firstly they ignore clients who made payments Rentoza system did not update the banking details for payment A lady that works there phone s us to inform that they have recieved payment and all devices should be working now It is 5 days later and still one device is not working Although they say it is working Proof via WhatsApp that it is not working has been sent video and photos now they ignore us Because we have been struggling for 5 days they just ignore us This is such bad service YOU HAVE RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT FOR THE USE OF THE DEVICE BUT YET WE ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THE DEVICE Your help services on WhatsApp are totally useless and arrogant Maybe they should go on a customer service course they do not know how to speak to customers People are calling this a scam for this very reason Because there is NO communication from your side and we as clients cannot talk to anyone What are you hiding WHEN CAN I GET BACK THE DEVICE I PAID FOR
