Great rent-a-car company Not one of those scammy companies that try to charge you extra this and extra that What you rent is what you get with a great smile from the team The car was in mint condition and they were consistently fast to answer any doubt For sure will use them again The car was what was selected on the page and it was very clean

Avoid Rentx they make money from fine print
They charged me 219 euro for a small few cms scratch UNDER the front fender bumper of the car on return I did not check under when picking up the car but I am sure I did not make the scratch They also charged me 26 euro for gas as the needle was just below full I had filled up not far from the rental place but obviously not to exactly the same level This company is trying to make extra money from the fine print as opposed to providing a reasonable customer experience I would avoid renting here

be carfull - they give you the car in a dark place and you can t find all the scratches - and when you return the car they charge you double on every tiny scratch

What a pleasure
What a pleasure We rented a car from them in December 2023 and it was an overall a very good experience They collect you from the Funchal Airport in a shuttle bus then you complete the rental process Car was nice and clean staff are very friendly and helpfull Returning the car was just as easy Awesome
