2 x Pylontech batteries Brackets
Ordered 2 Pylontech batteries and brackets in September They were expected to ship in October which was fine however due to delays with couiersr they didn t ship until this week I do hope Renugen do a little work on the communication to the customer as I found myself asking the same question over and over again However knowing the market and what has been happening since the start of 2021 with shipping both into and around the country I don t believe they are at fault for most complaints They delivered the products and have been supporting me with a faulty unit they supplied 3 years ago can t say fairer than that

Customer support very helpful when looking for a replacement inverter Suggested an alternative at a reasonable price and order and delivery went smoothly from there Happy to recommend Sheldon and the team and will use again in the future

We had a problem with a hybrid inverter we had installed Spoke with Sheldon at Renugen I had seen the reviews here was somewhat dubious about sending payment before delivery The company kindly sent us the inverter before accepting payment it arrived the next day Really happy with the service I recieved from Renugen

Brilliant Service
Renugen and Sheldon in particular assisted us greatly when we had need of an inverter They sent us one without payment required upfront were very understanding when we had to return this item it being incompatible with the system we were using I would highly recommend Renugen for their customer service quick lead times will be using their services going forward Thank you guys
