Very disappointed with service and
Very disappointed with service and neglect Initially had someone come round did a survey as part of the Green Home Grant Scheme and had it approved However when it came to installation another inspector or engineer came at my persistence via email and calls He did the survey and was looking at excuses to decline the installation I explained and addressed the solution for the excuses and was told it will ultimately be with the head office to sign and approve the installation I knew the company was looking for excuses not to do it because of other friends and family getting pathetic excuses when it was already approved Getting access They never returned calls or emails when challenged on the excuse Wasted my time and delayed other works I don t know Why they signed up to a scheme if they were never were able to do the work Still waiting for a call or reply

Fitted water solar panel
Fitted water solar panel and messed my boiler up When questioned shifted blame The system fitted didn t work from day 1 but Renuvo insisted it was working Eventually after a month they came Since 3 weeks ago I m having a red light flashing on the control panel once again when I spoke to them they said systems working Still red light flashing today I D ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE LYING COWBOYS

Abysmal company to deal with
Abysmal company to deal with I was approached by a salesman in October 2020 who said I ticked all the boxes for solar heating via the green homes grant he went round the house taking photos so he knew which direction my roof SOUTH was facing and my loft was converted into an annex My voucher was issued in January 2021 I had no communications for months until the voucher was about to expire I was told to renew the voucher and I will be contacted soon The voucher was about to expire again and was told to renew it When my voucher was due to expire for a 3rd time I was told that there might be an issue with the solar install as my roof has an annex All this was known to the sales man who visited the property in October 2020 As my voucher was about to expire they wanted me to renew it knowing they would keep stringing me along I asked for the installers to come out and survey the property Renuvo said they will contact me within the week and I should renew the voucher again Against my better judgement I renewed the voucher again but true to their word they did arrange an installer to come out and survey the property With the issue for them being the annex I thought the installer would want to go and have a look at that he asked to see the rear roof When he saw the roof he stated that it is not south facing and I am not eligible to have the solar heating After he left I checked the direction of my rear roof it is indeed south facing I used a compass a smart phone and google maps I m glad I didn t let these cowboys carry out any work on my home Avoid

Honestly a very bad company first ask
Honestly a very bad company first ask us we needed to edit the voucher then left us waiting for 8 weeks to rectified it blaming everyone but themselves Then canceled the install claiming no more solar panels are being delivered I have notified Green Homes grant and have gathered 15 to 20 of us who have had the same issue with this company we will take legal action unless this is rectified Absolutely shocking they have hung up on me several times and keep making me wait weeks for a call back Wouldn t recommend to anyone

Unprofessional rude and threatening
This company threatened to break into my property change the locks and cut off the gas supply Why Simply because I cannot take time off work to be in for a gas check I needed them to wait 6 days so I could use my holiday time This was after they gave me a 5 working day turnaround Previously we had PH Jones who gave plenty of notice worked on a Saturday and moved appointments to suit the tenant I am beyond shocked by this unprofessional threatening behaviour Thankfully the council intervened and sent their own maintenance out - however despite phone calls and emails they still continued to send threatening letters As a single woman with a disability nearing retirement age this has left me with sleepless nights and stressful days

I am severely disabled
I am severely disabled and I have recently undergone a major operation for lung cancer also I have had 2 heart attacks in the last 6 months and also all the food I eat must be liquidized and I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees An appointment was arranged with Renuvo for a gas engineer to do a service and gas check on the 14 3 2024 between the hours of 08 30 and 17 00 but their gas engineer did not attend I did telephoned Renuvo to ask them why their gas engineer had not attended and their reply was that he was ill so why did Renuvo not contact me with this information My doctor and 4 hospital consultants have instructed me to take my medication before 10am in the morning but on the 14 3 2024 I did not take my medication because it makes me sleepy and unsteady on my feet and I could fall and injure myself After I had telephoned Renuvo I received a text message from my landlord Northampton Partnership Homes at 17 26pm saying that a gas engineer would be calling today 14 3 2024 to do the service so I did not take my medication By 10pm at night the gas engineer had not arrived so I took my prescribed medication which was 12 hours late and I had severe Angina throughout the night and the next day I suffered a mild stroke TIA In the past it normally takes a gas engineer 20 minutes to do the service and gas checks so why is it not possible for Renuvo to do these checks between 08 30am and 10 00am so I can take my medication on time

I m surprised they ve got that many
I m surprised they ve got that many stars to be honest There s a definite pattern when you read reviews elsewhere Private work the customers seem fairly happy Anyone who has used them as housing association council etc are only giving one star mainly It seems once they get the contract they treat their customers shabbily Rude staff Calling out of hours to make appointments Turning up unannounced I expect it s all to do with money Cheaper than our last boiler service company and it shows

Time and again we told them what was wrong and what needed fixing and they got out of doing the job that we asked them for and did a different expensive job instead After months we were left with no solution and Renuvo stopped coming They made a lot of money out of us and didn t fix the problem we asked for Read the reviews There is a huge number of one star reviews Don t deal with Renuvo they are tricky Dishonest

They get it right on the 10th try maybe if you re lucky
My housing use this company for the boiler and heating services in their properties Unfortunately this means I have to interact with them I had a call on 11 Feb to say they were coming on 18 Feb to do a safety check 18 Feb no-one turned up so I rang at 3pm to see if someone was coming no they don t have an appointment for me Rearranged for 5 March Today 20 Feb I received a letter dated 12 Feb saying they couldn t gain access on 11 Feb so they d made a new appointment for today 20 Feb They have not got a clue what they re doing and I m supposed to trust the safety check they re supposed to be doing I ve emailed them today to ask if they re coming today and I need a response today but nothing Apart from this my friend has been waiting since May 2024 for this company to fit 3 new radiators They failed to turn up 4 times they closed the job as completed and the housing paid them for the job She s been chasing since August they finally showed up last week with the wrong size radiators They apologised measured the radiators and made a new appointment for today 20 Feb and they turned up with the same wrong radiators They are now coming tomorrow
