A great prodcut let badly down by support and constant price increaes
The software for this company is pretty good Not perfect but definitely enhances our business Support used to be good as well and the RS techs would join Facebook Groups to provide great support but slowly over a period of time two things have happened1 We have seen some significant price increases In 2019 RS was 1 079 p a and today it is over 1500 so about a 50 increase Of course many customers like us are overseas and here in the UK we have been even harder hit with weakness of the against the For us our subscription has doubled2 The worse thing about Repairshopr now is that it takes about 2 weeks to get the first response to a support ticket I submitted one on the 15th March and am still waiting for a response Thisis a major problem now for us because when things go wrong it has a direct effect on our business Two years ago i would have whole heartedly recommended Repairshopr Today I would say go elsewhere

Nothing but trouble from day 1
Nothing but trouble from day 1 and zero support We have been contacting support many times a day as calendar synch doesn t work customers often don t get invoices scheduling plays up constantly service goes down often and a host of other issues Avoid this software at all costs We are trying to move to another platform and being held hostage presently as they will not release our data Verges on criminal conduct but they have covered their butts in the terms and conditions
