Well it has been a while now and I don t get any answer I tried via email customer support on website even with a letter Nothing changes no new shipping status on the website and no answer The website though changes prices and new discounts etc so the shop is working as I can see But I don t get any help

Broken Saber Replicasabers won t respond
Saber arrived and would not ignite I emailed their customer service 1 week ago and they will not respond with any advice about repair or refund I feel like I have been scammed at this point and don t know how else to proceed

Need help Communication Problem
Dear Replica-Sabers Team I am very sorry to do this but I don t get any answer on my requests via website anymore probably something with the communication-center Probably an overfilled Mailbox or anything else I just want to make you aware of that and get in touch somehow I would have a question about the deliverydate Due to having an account on your website you can answer me on my email Maul saber or here As soon as I will get an answer and my case gets solved I will off course delete that review immediately

I havent received anything
It is now 5 weeks since i ordered no replies to the 15 emails ive sent nothing Appalling No tel number to call Looks like ive lost 195 pounds Disgraceful I havent received anything Ordered 2 weeks ago website said 2-5 days Tried to contact numerous times on email and by filling out 2 x query forms to get expected delivery dates No reply to anything and no tel number to call I just want to know when its going to arrive as it s a gift or at least acknowledgememt of my attempts at contact

A Christmas sorrow
I am highly disappointed with this supplier I am an avid collector of Star Wars memorabilia especially lightsabers have ordered from other suppliers with no bother whatsoever I thought I d try Replica Sabers for the first time here is my experience with Replica Sabers I ordered my Saber with time to receive it for Xmas as it was a gift for a friend I received an email from Replica Sabers on 7th Dec explaining they were unable to get it to me in time so they issued me a refund which would be in my account in 3-5 business days After 5 days I still had no refund so I messaged them on their contact page emailed them While on their website a noticed flashed across the screen saying their customer service would be unavailable from 10th to 29th December I needed the refund to purchase another saber from elsewhere it is now the 30th December I still have no refund Why would a company have no customer service during what is most likely their busiest time of the year is it just good bad timing on their behalf how many other people have they done this to It really put a bit of a downer to my Xmas but I carried on I have issued a charge back with my bank to get back the money Replica Sabers supposedly refunded me
