Damaged items sorted in no time - very impressed

I had ordered a vivarium plus cabinet from Swell Reptiles The items were delivered the next day much quicker than I expected Unfortunately the vivarium got damaged during delivery not Swell s fault Swell s customer service advisor Mollie was fantastic though and sorted the issue immediately I was extremely impressed with the prompt and hassle free service and Mollie was a pleasure to deal with 5 stars

Problem resolved perfectly

I had a query with one of the items in a starter pack that I d bought so emailed customer service Mollie got back to me very quickly - within 15 mins - and she d spoke to the reptile expert and resolved my issue completely I d been given a replacement product that was better than what was supposed too be in the starter pack but Mollie still gave me a 10 code to use on my next order by way of an apology for any confusion Utterly brilliant customer service Thank you Mollie

I have purchased quiet a few items from Swells and have received prompt delivery When I did have a question it was answered promptly and informatively by Emily One could not wish for a better service I will defiantly be purchasing more from them as required
