I miss my Huawei phone

My old phone -a Huawei that I bought for a mere 25 and worked as well as my iPhone- was not supported by Republic Wireless anymore What s your problem with Chinese products R W

Great phone for a teen

I ordered a Moto Play as a replacement for my son s Moto G Not only was it reasonably priced it s a solid product with good features for a teenager It arrived quickly and was extremely easy to set up

It was easy transferring my cell phone

It was easy transferring my cell phone carrier to Republic Wireless I am saving over 60 per month on my cell service and saved over 200 when I bought my new Samsung top-of-the-line phone from Republic Wireless

I love Republic

I ve been a customer for over 6 years I ve been happy with the service I ve purchased my last 3 phones through Republic selection options are sparse but have been adequate for my needs

Positive experience

I have been a Republic Wireless customer now for 2 years and have been super pleased with their service They have kept me happy and I have no desire to switch service Plus billing has absolutely no hidden fees

My Mistake but Republic Made it Right

I ordered a device by mistake that s on me there are multiple are you sure steps I still made the goof Again on me I tried to cancel the order as I ve done on numerous other online purchase platforms spoiled but found out that you can t cancel an order from Republic even before it s shipped Of course it can be returned but I was salty about having to pay shipping for something that I didn t want that hadn t shipped yet Republic s Customer Service gave me a credit in the amount of the shipping that s about all that I could ask for except for maybe being able to cancel an order me not making the mistake to begin with

I had to buy a new phone after the charging port on my previous phone became too loose to charge This Moto G Power 2021 came in 2 days and was so easy to transfer and activate Thank you for providing good affordable phones and service

I love the speed of the phone and that

I love the speed of the phone and that the battery lasts for almost 3 days It is a little big in size but I am adjusting to it It came very quick and it was very easy to transfer over all of my stuff from my other phone to this new one

Finally switched and now very happy

Republic member since 2009 I had the hardest time switching see my prior post After about 4-5 hours on phone with reps and 2 weeks wait the tickets are resolved and i am fully functioning on Dish Republic I have to say the connection is GREAT Our phones actually have better connectivity no dropped Skype calls to Europe and service in areas where we did not have service before I am resolving some billing issues that arose but I am much hopeful these will resolve too If you are reading this Dish Republic pls consider a chat or email customer service Your agents are polite but their English is at times hard to understand and the wait for an available agent is unbearable I am giving you 5 stars but one of those stars is a credit for you to consider adding a chat or email customer service option The email customer service with old Republic always worked like a charm

Solid Customer Service

As always Republic was super helpful I bought one phone found I didn t like it way too big and returned it Republic was totally cool throughout the whole process and provided all the information I needed Republic is really a cool company
