I had an amazing experience using this service Everyone was so helpful and I was talked through the information that I needed to provide with friendliness and patience by Lee in the office The person who fitted my tyre was lovely and very friendly and really quick I am so grateful for such a good experience as I had been so stressed and upset when it happened so it made my day Thank you everyone

What we needed when we needed it

Called to replace a shredded tyre at a motorway services en route to a time sensitive pick up Call handler was very reassuring and gave us a realistic time estimate for someone getting to us then beat that time The tyre fitter got someone to meet him with the right tyre to save even more time he then fitted the tyre faster than I thought humanly possible As a result we got to the client even quicker and more importantly I got home even quicker afterwards

Fast reliable kept intouch through out my experience ensuring me what where and how long it would take as a senior carer it was important I had to arrive at work on time and they made this happen thank you Craig Blackpool

The way they were able to supply 4 new tyres on the same day and fit them at my home The price was lowerthan other mobile fitters that I checked out Fitter Fidel was courteous efficient contacted me with timings and gave me additional advice and guidance A great representative of the company

Easier to get hold of than the RAC Friendly and knowledgeable staff answering the phone Mechanics who came out were efficient and friendly Replacement Tyre fitted within time quoted which was faster than the RAC

The engineer kept me informed on time of arrival and was on time Gary completed job efficiently and promptly he also pointed possible faults on other 3 tyres and showed me the faulty tyre he replaced I was impressed

Absolutely spot on service

Absolutely spot on service I had a blow out on the side of the road and thought of trying this service to speed things up breakdown cover would have just towed me to tire place and still would have flat tires About an hour later I told them I was safe I had new tires on my car and could continue my journey And best of all the mobile fitted tires were only 20 more than if I went to a larger tire place so price is very reasonable

Flat tyre in a different town to where I live spoke to Matthew who was clear and precise on the process Updated me through out and was sorted within 2 hours and back on the road

Caring efficient service

My experience of rescue mate couldn t have been any better I want to mention Fay north east on dealing with my phone call in a calm and polite way She was extremely helpful and was able to arrange for someone to come and assist me Not only that she was also very caring Something RAC wasn t I was eventually attended to efficiently by the Nottingham tyre guys who came out in a faster response time and were v efficient I would definitely use them again Thank you
