Ordered a pollen filter for my v70 using their number plate matching system I was sent one for an s80 Unsurprisingly it didn t fit That is when you find out they are in Germany and it will cost you more than you paid for the item to return it to them having already paid 80sek to post it in the first place The online number plate matching at the local shop in B lsta was exactly accurate so it isn t an impossible task Then their copy paste customer service sends you round in circles I was told by three different people that it was basically my fault because I didn t email them with my VIN number Funny how other companies manage to send you the correct parts with number plate information So now I have a useless filter for a different model of car Im not going to send back for them to resell for profit so it is just sitting here now They don t care they are in Germany their number plate matching doesn t work and when they send you a part that doesn t fit you will have to pay international postage to return it Please please do not use these sharks Pay a little more and get it from a local shop Order 7261062

I ordered 32695941 brake rotors and pads and on website they said pads with clips are available I got order not at my door but far away at StoraCoop and i installed it and then wrote to customer service about missing clips They said send pics for box and everything otherwise we will not help you after installing what i would do with boxes and stuff Very poor service as well as worst customer service ever I would highly recommend not to buy from here

I filed an order 27th of November after 6 days I got a mail saying the handling time would be slightly longer I have sent message to Reservdelar24 with out any response and my order have been marked as waiting for pickup for two weeks now today it is 19th of december Now I got the items it took 1month and 1day from the day I ordered be aware

Service is very good but I found difficulty to find the item I was looking for Regards
