A crown fell out

A crown fell out right in my smile line I went to several dentists and got quotes ranging from 780- 1000 I received my dental piece from reset smile for under 500 It fits perfectly It matches my other teeth in color too Recommend

Well worth the cost

I cant say enough how this new smile has changed everything I would recomend Reset for all your appliance needs They are fast and curtious I just recieved my appliance and have to say they nailed it on the first attempt

Customer service

I m updating my review 10 22 24 shortly after my first review I was contacted by Trevor from Reset smile and he has been very accommodating They sent me custom trays to get the issue resolved and I m in the works of that currently Hopefully we can get the issue fixed but customer service is def there you just might have to wait a few days to hear back Glad to hear from them I will update if anything changes but I feel less worried nowOriginal review I m getting a little worried about all the other reviews I m having trouble getting in touch with customer service I received my order but they don t fit properly I emailed and notified on 8 4 24 and I still haven t heard back it s 8 8 24 I ve tried calling also many times and I ve left a voicemail I will change this review if I hear back and my issue is properly fixed Thank you

Second partials fit better

The first impressions I did was a simple process However the partials arrived and were very tight and caused irritation to my gums in a few spots I was in contact with customer service They immediately sent out custom impression trays and materials I just received the new partials Top and Bottoms They fit wonderful I am still getting use to them eating with them etc So far comfortable They fit tight but minimal gum irritation I will wear these for a few days and see how it goes But I am pleased with the customer service attention I received and the 2nd set of partials I am pleased overall so far
