I recently applied for a home I waited until my credit score met the credit criteria of 560 My credit score ended up being 570 on Trans Union at Phico eight I received a Trans Union credit report from Trans Union stating that my credit card was at 574 I also overqualified for the income requirements I make 11 000 a month I provided my bank statements to prove that this company denied me stating that my credit report did not meet the criteria I spent 50 on the application fee I feel that this company is getting away with taking peoples application fee and making decisions on approvals based on personal assessments instead of actual assessments I feel cheated and I feel this company is scamming Please be careful and please do your research before applying to this company also to note when visiting certain properties their lockbox process is a hassle when getting to the properties there is no code to unlock the door I had to wait on the phone for customer service for hours for someone to call me back at the driving to each home just to look inside home so please don t waste your money and don t waste your time

Follow up Terrible Company to Rent From
Follow up Resihome does not honor what they promote Great customer service Not at all Everyone in the GA office is not looking out for the customer Quality Service They will tell you to put tickets in but not do the work Safety Require a ring service and make you pay 30 We still don t have this fully operational and it s been 2 months Don t care about your safety Garage door Tech was at the house and said whoever put this door in did not do it to code and he could not leave until it was fixed One would think a good service would have had this checked prior to allow anyone in the house Tech said someone could have been seriously injured by this door You think someone from the GA office would have called us to apologize for this surly not DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

SEND HELP
We need help and no one is willing to help No one has sent a temporary unit or anything We have been without air since Wed We are suffering and this company doesn t seem to care I m going to report Resi homes I ve only been living here for 3 1 2 weeks and feel like this is one of the worst decisions I could ve made The vendor stated he doesn t know when he will get a part and Resi just sent an email saying the rent is due That is a slap in the face Send help My dog is struggling to breath We spent all of our money until I get paid to move in and this is what we get

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
Ive been renting with this company since December 2023 The application process was a breeze but the move in not so great Did not have access to my home for hours after due to smart code not being provided I thought that was a one off but slowly but surely as the months went by I noticed electrical issues plumbing and pest concerns We had a bad storm here and it rained for hours Then water began leaking from the ceiling and the store ended there were several spots on the ceiling from water leaking Submitted a maintenance request that took several days before anyone came out and when they did it was just a band-aid repair I can hear water dripping in attic after any rain I can only imagine what it looks like up there or in the walls The only reason I renewed is because my kids love the neighborhood and their schools Recently I lost access my resident portal and can no longer see my payment ledger or balance due and each month I get a text message or call telling me a different balance and no explanation of how the balance was generated Utilities are no longer through conserve but are in my name so I should only have rent due each month now additional fees or utilities NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE WHO CAN HELP PROPERTY MANAGERS DO NOT ANSWER OR RESPOND TO EMAILS OR TEXT COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH THREATS OF EVICTION

PLEASE DON T BUILD THIS COMPANY BIGGER WITH YOUR
I ditto one of the other reviews that says the reviews are true DON T do it This company has been and are the epitome of SLUMLORDS From start to finish they double charge for security deposits the utilities stay in their name so you can t see exactly whats going on the structures are cheaply made don t have standard appliances like garbage disposals their Smart home features don t work properly most of the time if you have issues whether they are emergent or not they will be taken care of on their time air conditioning units in some properties don t have sufficient size units to properly cool the house and they will try every way possible to blame it on you The rent is astronomical prices We moved out the 19th of the month and professionally paid to clean the entire house and floors leaving it much better than we found it but were charged a 430 cleaning fee and charged for utilities up until the 9th of the next month Resihome owes us 1000 for overcharges Please check back occasionally to find out progress on a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT in discussion

RESIHOME IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND RIP OFF THEY REALLY DONT GIVE A RAT A ABOUT RIPPING YOUR MONEY OUT YOUR POCKET THE ILLEGAL WAY IVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT A LEAK IN MY HOUSE SINCE LAST NOVEMBER 2022 AND IT DIDNT GET FIX UNTIL IT WAS WAY TOO LATE THEY HAD TO GO INSIDE OF THE WALL TO GET TO THE PROBLEM AND THEN TURNED AROUND N BILLED ME THE BILL FOR 2 MONTHS IT WENT UP NOW IM IN EVICTION SITTING AT THE COURTHOUSE RIGHT NOW AS WE SPEAK YES IM LAWYERED UP AND READY TO TAKE ON THESE CHEAP SCAPES I ALSO BEING CHARGE FOR A SMART LOCK THATS BEEN STOP WORKING ONE DAY I LITERALLY LOCKED OUT MY HOUSE FOR HOURS BECAUSE THE LOCK STOP WORKING I NOW HAVE TO USE A LOCK AND KEY AND STILL BEING CHARGED

RESIHOME is the worst company
RESIHOME is the worst company I was approved for the property on March 14th and paid the holding deposit of 500 My original move-in date was 3 28 I received a text saying my move-in date is being changed to 3 29 Good Friday On the day of move-in I discovered there was no water The account with Conservice was supposed to have been set up before a tenant move date and reached out to Conservice to find that my Property Manager had not created an account with Conservice RESIHOME collected a 100 One time admin fee 40 One Time Conservice set up fee and 9 99 Monthly Conservice Fee and it s 4 2 and still no water I have reached out to my property manager Jasmine Hunter Anel Liz and no one has contacted me or tried to get this issue resolved I am having to deal with Conservice and NCWSA myself and I paid RESIHOME for these setups This has been the worst property management I have dealt with No concerns for the current residence at all I bet Jasmine Anel Liz has water and living comfortably No professionalism at all and poor customer service

Beware Do not rent from this company
I got no review of how any systems in the home work The lawn is almost 18 inches long All cable hookups taken out of home House was not cleaned as per lease agreement Very disappointed with this rental company Oh and also being charged a 2 fee to pay rent Absolutely ridiculous Will NEVER rent from Resihome again

Resihome does not deserve to have Customers
My name is Maciel and I have been a Resihome customer for 5 months And once again I m having a hard time getting service from the company We are being charged with incorrect amounts once again this time the error is in the energy bill amounts The property manager does not answer the phone does not respond to messages or emails I have been trying to contact him since 11 01 but without success Every month Resihome makes mistakes when they are small we pay ourselves as it is almost impossible to contact someone from the CIA But this month the amount is high and we will not pay the rent until the error is corrected or the accounts from the company providing the service are sent to us to confirm what is being charged Our opinion Residhome does not have customer service that works its employees ignore customers they DO NOT DO business with them

Don t buy a house from these criminals
Where do I start since these ido ts have taken over from ocean services in Cornwall all I ve had is services charges and rental increases We were all told that nothing would change another lie They absolutely do nothing to deserve the increase We have the grass cut once a month in the summer and nothing else We even have to pay for street lights yes thats correct street lights to see how bad and dangerous the brick flooring on the estate has become 477 38 each household per year Three large housing estates they ve taken charge of That s lot for just cutting a patch of communal grass afew Street lights when they work And estate insurance Disgraceful company Rotten wooden fences that havent been touched in 17 years Estate insurance aswell as our home insurance I can do that cheaper myself RESI this company says alot about how we are going to be thrown into poverty by these criminals Where are our local British companies gone Services charges are a rip off Stay well clear of buying a house from theses criminals
