Ordered a mattress on 3 6 23 said it was on its way when evri on the 7th contacted customer service to say we hadn t received it they said they would get back to us but still haven t heard from them 27 th June and they say order fulfilled Lucky I paid by credit card so will contact my bank to get my money back

Brand OSLO bunk bed VERY BAD
The bunk bed arrived with damaged and deteriorated parts along with missing screws and essential components for assembly It also lacked an instruction manual The wood frame is of very poor quality warped and unfinished with inadequate paint Overall the condition is highly unsatisfactory and I would strongly advise against choosing the OSLO brand
