I lost my retainers that I got from my orthodontist that I had for years In the process of scheduling an appointment to get a new one I found Retainers Direct The process was simple and instructions for completing the molds was easy to follow The team was responsive I received my retainers yesterday They fit perfectly and are better than the ones I got from my orthodontist in terms of comfort I m pleasantly surprised and will be a repeat customer Thanks The money saved is also a huge plus

Easy process to get the kit and instructions to take the molding I ve had the retainers a few weeks and they fit well I liked the personal service throughout the process and it saved me hundreds compared to what my dentist would charge

Overall great experience and product

Super fast shipping very easy instructions they send an email with a video a couple days before you receive the kit in the mail - very helpful and easy to follow The impression process was easy They made the retainer and shipped it back faster than I expected My impression had a slight distortion apparently and they had to fabricate sections to make it I got a handwritten note explaining this But it fits perfectly Very happy with the overall experience price retainer and contact with the company Highly recommend So much better than having to make an appointment to go into the dentists office Will use these guys again if I ever need another replacement

Honestly it s been a great experience overall I highly recommend trying out Retainers Direct the whole process was super easy and fast From the time I put in my order and from when I got my retainer I waited at most 2 weeks which is amazing and a lot quicker than what I thought I would have to wait The communication is also excellent I emailed about a question after business hours and I got a response the next morning Just follow the directions and watch the video it s easy The retainer itself feels great and I have no issues

Thank you Retainers Direct I ordered my top retainer The shipping was very fast The original retainer I received was too loose I contacted Retainers Direct and they resolved my issue with a second impression I did have to pay to ship back the original retainer and purchase extra putty but it s still cheaper than going to the orthodontist It took a little longer to get my second retainer but it worked out Customer service is great and I would buy here again

A Dental Hygienist s Opinion

My son needed new retainers and after being a dental hygienist for 25 years I knew the price that the orthodontist was charging us was ridiculous I no longer worked in the field so I couldn t make them myself I decided to go with retainers direct and and very happy that I did Very high-quality retainers with a very quick turnaround time The instructions were very good for people that don t have any dental experience I highly recommend them

I highly recommend ordering from Retainers Direct I had a new crown put in which caused my old retainers to no longer fit so I decided to try Retainers Direct I corresponded with Darren sending each photo impression to get his team s input if it was good to send in and then I sent in my first impression which ended up not working well Darren was very understanding and helpful and even sent me a smaller mouth tray to accommodate me for my second attempt After 2 months of helping me through this entire process I am so glad to say I now have retainers that fit perfectly thanks to Darren and team Thanks so much
