Misleading quality and poor follow-up
I purchased an item that was advertised as being in excellent condition, with premium packaging, and paid a high price expecting reliability. When it arrived, the packaging was clearly damaged, which was disappointing since it was meant as a present for someone who values complete presentation. I contacted customer support, but the response felt dismissive, offering only a minimal compensation that did not reflect the difference in value or the inconvenience. To make matters worse, the partial refund they promised has still not been processed weeks later. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying from this seller.
