Somehow I crashed 3D LUT Creator and could not logon I went to the message app and pleaded for help Anastacia asked good questions but my answers were only so so because I don t know what I did wrong Anastacia had me do a couple things and she was able to fix the error I am very pleased with the help I received and I will try to be more careful in the future

I contacted 3D Lut Creator twice I had lost my account information I was concerned because my account shows no record of my purchase I spoke to a gentleman who didn t seem to care much and my worrying escalated On the second try I got a hold of Anastacia and she helped me find all my account information and guided me through the process I am happy that I have the information I am looking for The customer service with Anastacia was great and I feel 3D lut creator customer service cares about me and is willing to help me figure out any issues Sometimes in any company you might need to contact customer service a couple of times to find someone who will get you to where you need to go I am happy overall
