Jersey not received

I ordered a Jersey on July 16th and still have not received I have sent 2 emails querying the delivery but have not got any reply very disappointing

Don t waste your money

Stay away from ordering from this company My son brought a shirt it was delivered smelling of body odour and with a large thick thread showing under the armpit I tried for 3 days to contact them with online chat and no answer Then emailed them they said no way the smell was body odour it was the chemicals used in making it I ve never brought anything before that smells of body odour and for us to cut the thread off If I cut the thread it risks leaving a hole in the shirt I replied stating the above and was told if I must return it I had to pay delivery no pre paid return would be given and then they would decide what to do I replied to this email asking if I paid the return would they then refund my son the full amount of the original postage the football shirt and the cost to return the faulty shirt and didn t get a reply The emails received by this company have been rude and the cost to return this shirt is expensive so now we are stuck with a faulty smelly shirt Don t waste your money on this company as return process quality of goods and customer service is awful
