Order placed 6th April paid same day This review submitted 26th June I still have not received any part of my order When contacting them to chase my order I got a few we ll look into it responses Now I get no response Do not buy from here

Very nice man but just want a refund on goods returned Phone messaged and emailed repeatedly If you read this Retro GP please send me either the goods back or my refund I need the money please- and you currently have my money

Cannot get any response from this company Goods arrived great Returned for swap to different size and not heard from them since No goods received and no money refunded No response to either email or phone calls since Xmas Hate writing bad reviews but feel no other choice

Official Hesketh Classic T Shirt Ill fitting with a cheap feel It is not a 35 00 product It felt that nasty I weighed it to understand why it felt so awful It weighs about 75 of every T shirt I own I ve bought a couple of other T Shirts from this company which were OK but pricey I certainly won t be buying any more There are far better products out there for this sort of money

Very similar to the other reviews Have now been waiting nearly a month for the t shirt I have paid for I have tried to call them on numerous occasions no one has picked up the phone or replied to several messages that I have left I have had one response to many emails sent saying that my t shirt is on their desk will be with me 3 days ago Safe to say I ve been duped My advice is to steer well clear of this outfit

Look at all the other Reviews over various platforms and you will see the products they are selling are very poor quality but their biggest failure is FAILING to adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations If you send them any money they will keep it and not refund you if you are not happy with the product My experience was a T-Shirt I ordered which was very poor quality so was returned by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - I have proof of receipt at Retro GP Despite various emails and telephone calls I have failed to get my refund Andrew Director did say he would look into it for me but I have heard nothing since despite various follow ups by phone and email Clearly they are not answering telephones or emails for a reason looking at the Company details on Companies House the business has little in assets I have lost my 38 50 but it will cost me a lot more to pursue the loss and Andrew and Fiona know it If you have had a poor experience with this Company please place reviews anywhere you can as they simply should not be in business and as Directors they clearly know they are not operating within the law and that has consequences

In January 2025

In January 2025 I made two orders with RetroGP com Both of these orders were missing items and my credit card was charged for them Andrew responded to my emails with conflicting replies He would not provide tracking numbers and did not refund my credit card My orders show as fulfilled on their website I guess I will not see my items or a refund from this fraudulent and disreputable company Take my advice DO NOT ORDER FROM RetroGP com
