Customer Service Is Terrible
I placed my order on 9 15 2023 Nothing on their website said that the product I ordered was Pre-Order After 5 days of trying to get ahold of their customer service mind you sent 3 emails 7 live chats and 1 phone call someone finally reached out They said that the product was pre-order and that it wouldn t ship until the 25th Well now its the 25th and they are STILL saying it won t ship and cannot give me a date in which it will be shipped This place was highly recommended to me from 3 people who have done business with them but I should have asked about their customer service experience before placing my order It s to the point that I may be forced to do a credit card chargeback for fraud since they ve taken my money and pretty much refuse to send me what I ordered I m going to give it another 1-2 days before taking that step I strongly suggest that ANYONE who purchases from this company reach out and make sure they have the product in stock before purchasing If it s pre-order they don t state it on their website It may take you several days for someone to respond but trust me speak with someone before make a purchase You ll save yourself A TON of headaches UPDATE So they promised that they would ship my product on the 25th It s now the 26th and I was told We re packing up your turn table As far as when it will actually ship we don t know We have to wait to see when our shipping providers get the information form our logistics department so I can t tell You when to expect your turntable or what date you will get it I ve started the chargeback process at this point PLEASE do not do business with this company They are terrible and their customer service is hands down the worse I ve ever experienced DO yourself a favor and do business with a company that actually believes in shipping their products to their customers in a timely manner AVOID AT ALL COSTS UPDATE After not being able to tell me when they were going to ship my products I requested a refund and im currently waiting for it Again please don t do business with this company The customer service is terrible They don t really care about their custom satisfaction I researched other review sites and they also mention about lost orders and several people paid for expedited shipping only for their orders to be lost or orders take 3 weeks to be delivered STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED In response to their response My refund was processed and I got my refund I was told that the item was packed but would take 1-2 weeks before it was shipped It was supposed to be shipped on the 15th but by the 17th it was still in the shipping department People please beware Their customer service doesn t even know I got a refund This should tell you how terrible their customer service is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Very Poor Customer Service for Faulty Product
I purchased a High Fidelity Bluetooth Record Player with Built-in Speakers Magnetic Cartridge R517 unit that simply didn t work - no power running through the unit and it doesn t switch on I am trying to facilitate a return and refund but the Retrolife customer support phone 413 570-0777 is disconnected and they are unresponsive on email Their online terms and conditions are also contradictory as they state they will refund for faulty goods and pay for shipping returns but then state that customer is responsible for all shipping return costs no matter what

Scammers
Ordered an item and was sent the wrong one I also realized the company is shady as hell after requesting a refund to return back my item and the emails I got in return are clearly written by people in China the website falsely claims they are based in the U S The record player I was wrongly sent was also terrible quality All around a sketchy company DO NOT TRUST THEM Still in the process of trying to get a refund but they keep making sketchy counter offers such as sending me a half refund but letting me keep the wrong order STAY AWAY

Don t do business with this company
I purchased the clear all acrylic turntable Once arrived I found the tonearm to be very flimsy and the bluetooth connection did not work Since the company s website stated a guaranteed refund within 60 days I requested the refund I am getting a constant run around emails are returned only 12 hours later seems from overseas It really looks like a scam Despite stated US address in California I could t find their information on California register for California companies

Do not buy one
Worst customer service I ve ever encountered Their advertised 3 year warranty means nothing when their service agents are uneducated on their own products Needed a control board replaced as mine had failed After sending me a picture of the wrong control board I sent them a picture of the correct one only to be told it was not available That was the end of their willingness I honor their warranty Out 159 for a useless brick that won t even power up
