I cannot attest to the program Nor can I comment on any results I ve had over the past 6 months I can t comment because I never used the program - and I didn t use the program because I don t remember ever joining in the first place My situation was is unique I accidentally came across the program s charges and was in a shear panic However I contacted a member of the Customer Support team explained my situation and a very wonderful employee helped me instantly was very understanding and saved my marriage My heartfelt thanks to CAROLINE for her help and patience today She deserves Kudos for the way she represented this company today Thanks again CAROLINE

You Don t Need To Look Any Further This is the Best

If I could rate my experience with 100 stars I would I don t think I ve ever experienced such amazing service than what Jess has shown me She goes above and beyond to answer my many questions and provides even more than I ve asked for The meal plans are fabulous and the care that has been put into this program is second to none I won t go anywhere else now to find a helping hand to reach my weight and health goals Pretty hard to find this kind of support these days Susan Pellan

The meal plans are varied and you can change your meals if you don t have the food choices available Great support from the RH Team and from the Facebook group

Caroline Gail and Frances are so helpful 24 7 I realised I needed more of the low carb recipes after talking with friends last night Straight away my meal plan was changed to low carb and now I m more confident than ever I ll shed the weight If ever I have concerns or queries my message is attended too so efficiently Amazing app and so personal and helpful too Recipes are so tasty cheap and easy Love these ladies Totally 100 recommend

New to this app but have found it easy to navigate The recipes come with a handy shopping list so you can add the ingredients for ease when bulk buying and the recipes can be prepared ahead of time so that you can take them into work for a healthy meal and snack I chatted with Jasmine regarding the ability to prepare ahead of time She was very friendly knowledgeable and easy to chat with The response time from submitting my query to having it answered was very quick So far I am liking this app and the approach the team take in order to keep you motivated and applying the right mindset The daily tips and move functions are also great features What makes this app stand out is that it focuses on establishing a healthy lifestyle not merely gaining quick results from fad diets which ultimately end up with a yoyo effect
