Revokes Service That You Paid in Full If You Decide to Cancel
Terrible company with poor services that takes your money without letting you use the full service I used it for a bit but found the flashcards that were created were very bad and not worth the money Unfortunately I forgot to cancel before the subscription reset Since I hadn t used the service that month I decided to ask if they would refund me for the recent subscription payment like some companies do if you forget the cancel they wouldn t which I understand However what was unacceptable was when I went to cancel my subscription I was given a warning that I would lose my ability to create flashcards immediately if I did this This was not a free trial this was a few days after I paid for another month and if I cancelled I would not be allowed to use the service I already paid for I contacted support to ensure this was correct and they confirmed that immediately after I cancelled they would revoke the service I paid for I asked them then to at least let me cancel without them taking my ability to create flashcards if they couldn t offer a refund for the monthly payment I hadn t used yet and they still haven t responded over a month later This is a very sketchy company that will force you to keep a subscription until the very last day if you want to get the full value for your money and if you forget to cancel because of how ridiculous their system is they will not only refuse to refund you but ghost you as well Definitely don t spend your money here Lots of other AI flashcard makers out there with better business practices

where do i begin complete waste of
where do i begin complete waste of money The features are very much exaggerated It s better to use already made flash cards or make your own The customer service is awfull they use automatic billing for the subscription i was not aware of this i contacted the team asking for a refund and they denied me even though i no longer use the app and have not opened it since furthermore i issued the refund within 24 hours of them taking money from my card and they still dont have the decency to refund me

When using the Quiz generator I provided the correct answers but the generation would mark other options as correct So I can not practice with it What a waste of money to pay for this Luckily I just got the monthly subscription

Blatant scam - lose ALL access as soon as you unsubscribe
Do not ever subscribe to these scammers If you subscribe and then decide to cancel the subscription so you re not billed the next month everything you have already paid for will be REVOKED You will LOSE all access to services and features you have already paid for if you simply decide to not let them charge you again the next month Speaking to their support indicates the same thing and they have no remorse to you losing your money and have no interest whatsoever in refunding your money for services you can t access anymore

Wasted my money on this service
If you pay for an annual subscription YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS to all features when you cancel the subscription earlier Such a waste To me this is such a sneaky trick How convenient for them not to write down this important information in the section Help Center - Billing People will read text that is easily accessible no one wants to waist time in the terms and conditions section Obviously I am not the only one who thinks this so hopefully Revisely will fix this if they actually have UX Designer researcher or a business person who can tell the team that they are not doing their job properly

AVOID-- Total scam artists Beware of positive reviews as they look fake I paid the money for a subscription but the interface started to decompensate within a few days-- flash cards displaying incorrect answers etc Canceled my subscription so at least I wouldn t get automatically renewed and then I LOST access to the service I had already paid for within the time period that I had paid for All efforts to get a refund for a faulty product were passive aggressively refused MANY BETTER OPTIONS out there-- cannot emphasize enough that you should NOT USE REVISELY

Unfair Policy Alert Revisely Keeps Your Money and Cuts Off Access When You Cancel
I had a terrible experience with Revisely My subscription was renewed and the payment was taken from my account but I hadn t used the service for 11 months and had forgotten I even still had the subscription As soon as I noticed I immediately canceled the subscription to prevent future renewals But by doing so I lost all access to the service and now I m stuck paying for an entire year without being able to use it I reached out to customer support but they refused to refund me It s outrageous that canceling immediately cuts off your access even though you ve already paid for the year This setup seems designed to trap you into keeping the product hoping you ll forget to cancel so they can charge you again A complete scam I would strongly advise against using this service

If only this was around when I was in high school
I absolutely love the way this website works It s very fast and generates a lot of flashcards questions and they are better in quality than any other site I ve tried I ve been using it for bout a year now and they ve added a lot of new features I really wish something like this was around when I was in high school but better late than never They don t make it clear but there is a plan where you can get all the tools in one you can select it before checkout if I remember correctly I think they d get a lot more people to sign up if they made this more obvious Super helpful tool overall
