Gastric Bypass friendly
After a gastric bypass I have struggled with hydration anything with too much sugar gives me a stomach ache I work outdoors in summer for 12 hours a day and need to be able to make electrolytes at work when I need them These powders are great as they are sugar free so don t hurt my stomach but are more cost effective than hydrolyte The flavours are also great
