On passing by I noticed the car in pole position on the forecourt Within the nx day I drove back 2 view up closer I was greeted by Adam within a couple of minutes before I knew it he reappeared with keys etc opened the car invited me 2 sit inside We chatted he told me all I wanted to know He then offered me a test drive which went really well i was over the moon because it s exactly what i was looking for We returned went into the office he went through everything with me including finance part exchanging my own car retaining my no plates etc I left a small deposit Adam got the car a complete valet I returned after a couple of days the car was all ready for me to drive home Adam done absolutely everything he offered everything I asked very quick very politely made me feel totally at ease It was completely unstressful So for me a great experience

Been looking for another Q5 for over a year but nothing really caught my eye Went here last week and feel in love with one Very straight forward Very helpful- and very knowledgeable- wasn t just trying to flog a motor they new nothing about Honestly new about the motor and what needed doing at what point Really happy with the service I received from this place Would happily buy again

1st Class Experience

Having looked at RMG s website we saw the exact vehicle we were looking for As we live near Bournemouth we phoned RMG and asked them to comment on the condition of the vehicle Grant took the call went outside checked the vehicle and reported back He confirmed that all was good We made an appointment to view the following weekend prior to which Grant phoned and said he would take the vehicle to Basildon saving us 30 minutes on the trip On arrival the vehicle was all ready and very well presented we met Grant who was more than helpful from the start There was no pressure selling he made the whole experience a pleasure nothing was too much trouble He gave us a good price on our P X and made all the necessary arrangements to enable us to drive our new car away there and then It was well worth our 3 hour trip to RMG and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone Thankyou Grant the attention you gave us has been second to none

There is a fine line between a good service and a great one well Quaye was an absolute STAR He s not only found me the perfect car that would fit mine and my family needs but went above and beyond for us From the first phone call to the last goodbye once I got my new ride his service was absolutely perfect Thank you so much for everything and when the time will come for us to change the car again rest assured that thanks to him I will go back to Reynolds Motor Group
