Unfortunately our experience was disappointing in many ways The reservation management was poor with a complete lack of communication that caused significant inconvenience for our guests They arrived at 1 AM without being informed that check-in was required by 7 PM This disorganization and lack of professionalism are unacceptable We do not recommend this service to anyone seeking reliability and customer care We hope they take serious steps to improve their service
