Absolutely Abismal Completely ignored my delivery instructions No sign of customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Goods shipped from Holland end up wherever they want

Disgusting service

Order placed over a week ago Tracking has no information or update but RHR had the ordacity ro email stating they fulfilled my order Don t reply to emails or messages I ve lost 100 with no communication from what is evidently an untrustworthy site AVOID

What a terrible terrible company

What a terrible terrible company I will never buy from this company again The amount of money you spend on these cat trees to spoil your cats with and they fail to communicate basic details on your delivery and then fail to put your address on your parcel so DPD will not deliver your parcel and are holding it untill god knows when because they can t be bothered to get instructions correct Now I have half a cat tree and messages on social media read - with no response I ve asked for a call back But no one will I m left with no part to my scratcher which I paid for therefore I expect RHR to uphold their terms of the deal but here we are with them being rude and unresponsive Please use other sites to buy these products and DO NOT USE THIS ONE just read their reviews They all say the same thing and I wish I read them prior to buying from this appalling excuse for a company I will be taking this further

Husband ordered a cat tree at the end

Husband ordered a cat tree at the end of November as a Christmas gift for our maine coons we already own one by RHR but it toppled over twice when my cats would jump on it so was concerned it was unsafe and we are unable to bracket to wall the one ordered had three poles instead of one so looked sturdier A week after order we had to reach out to them as had no updates of dispatch only to be told that it was actually out of stock and we would need to wait until early January we were patient and date came around and still no updates so we chased again to be given another date again we had to chase them up when this date passed we were then given another date and that has also passed with no update so now want a refund Poor customer service

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY CHEAP MATERIALS

when first purchased about 5 years ago the cat trees were made from strong materials NOW IT IS RUBBISH I ordered a spare part for my cat tree and it is very flimsy and weak my cat is 7kg and when she jumps on it it is ready to break very flimsy I still have the other part which is strong but now a waste of time i have to throw it away before it breaks and injures my cat I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE NOT CHEAP BUT THE QUALITY IS VERY CHEAP NOW BE WARNED FURTHERMORE YOU KNOW A COMPANY IS DODGY WHEN YOU CANNOT LEAVE A GOOGLE REVIEW LIKE YOU CAN FOR ALL OTHER BUSINESS S WHY IS THAT RHR PETS Furthermore the reviews on RHR Pets co uk are fake as it will not let you leave a 1 star review bad review what a scamming company not to be trusted at all

Very happy with my cat tree Very good quality and looks stunning One of the items was defective but customer services was extremely helpful and send replacement part straight away Highly recommended

The best cat trees

The best cat trees to boot I have bought two cat trees from RHR and I won t buy my fur babies any other cat tree brand I bought a floor to ceiling cat tree and a medium sized cat tree and the quality is outstanding Plush soft and lux my boys are in heaven when they play and sleep on their tree I feel so good knowing my cats are happy and content DPD delivered and it was exceptional I just wish my house was bigger so I could buy your cat houses they look amazing Leo and Peanut thank you so much and so do IOXOXOXO

Just the best cat trees

If you have cats then these are the cat trees you want We have had cheaper ones before they do not last and don t provide a stable climbing frame for energetic kitties These ones are well built and incredibly good value for what you get We now have 3 and are used all the time by our bundles of trouble Their customer service have been amazing following DPD UK losing one of the boxes

Contrary to other feedback my experience with them was excellent My order had cleared customs within 8 hrs Arrived 2 working days later to the UK Product quality is very good as expected
