Josh John and Dominik arrived promptly and got straight to work They left the room neat znd tidy You d never have known any work had gone on apart from the different coured plasterwork Even the flooring which had been lifted Looked untouched Lovely cheerful hard-working guys

I got some Dam-proofing and new extractor fans recently Both jobs were done to high standards and no mess All the rubble from the Dam-proofing was taken away and the workers not only swept up but they mopped too The care and attention that the workers to my possessions was fabulous Each worker was friendly too I have no hesitation recommending Richardson and Starling Thank you

First class job

Used this firm to deal with a dampness problem in my basement Surveyor attended promptly and after checking out basement quickly informed me of the course of action required to remedy the problem Workmen arrived a few weeks later and carried out the repair They tidied up completely on completion and left the basement clean and tidy I am very happy with the result and would recommend this company for any damp problems you may have

Totally professional company from start to finish Initial inspected and the detailed 0report highlighted the problem very clearly and gave an appropriate answer The project was managed very well from start to finish and the workmen was ultra careful in carrying out the work with minimal clutter and dust Well done and thank you

We had a problem with damp and wet rot in our newly purchased 1930s house Melvin Nimmo from the Glasgow office came out and established that the problem was due to condensation from an unsealed solum He kept in contact with us throughout the process and was reassuring and professional in his dealings with us The team of Graham and Aidan who did the work were friendly and did a great job They left the house clean and tidy and had a great standard of work Thanks Wilson and Elizabeth

From start to finish the job was done to a very high standard removal of plaster on full wall and scraped back and new wall meshing and thermal boards put back up in place honestly would not know any of they major works had taken place in my property dust was kept to a minimum Very friendly team who respected my property to a high standard could not sing Richard and starlings praises enough

After a really bad start with the work

After a really bad start with the work getting done incorrectly in my bathroom I was at my wits end I spoke with Alan Anderson he came to see me the same day and arranged for a different joiner to come and complete the work they were both there at 8am the next morning and I was confident to leave them with my house key and go to work The job is now complete and has been done to an amazing standard I also received a follow up call from Alan the next day I cant thank him and his joiner possibly called Malky enough
