They sell COUNTERFEIT Be aware

I was a loyal client for seven years Bought many high value pieces from the shop One of the purchases was a rose gold Cartier Love Bracelet small model paved There was a problem with the bracelet as it was opening itself so I dropped it off at Cartier to get repaired I then received a call followed by a letter from Cartier saying that the bracelet was COUNTERFEIT I went to Rich Diamonds the next day I was asked by a member of the staff to give them one week to get it sorted Ever since I have received four phone calls from them and a few emails which was an absolute waste of my time They weren t going to give me my money back They were convincing me it s not COUNTERFEIT and to my request to get a refund I have been told you have to get us the bracelet back and we will give you a refund They put no effort whatsoever to get it sorted or refund me my money I didn t want to collect a COUNTERFEIT item from Cartier all I wanted right from the start was my money back and they could do whatever they wanted with the bracelet I then had to collect the COUNTERFEIT bracelet from Cartier went through an absolute embarrassment as I had to sign a lot of documents while collecting the COUNTERFEIT item I brought back the bracelet to Rich Diamonds asking for a refund as I have been told I will get a refund once I return them bracelet Mr Nino Santi couldn t be any more rude lacking sympathy giving bad manners full of sarcasm and absolutely no will to get it sorted I have been asked to leave the bracelet and they will investigate it further as they wanted to confirm it themselves with Cartier Mr Santi was going to prove to me that it s genuine I was happy to go to Cartier with Mr Santi immediately so they could get their confirmation however Mr Santi was refusing to I wasn t prepared to wait any longer as it had already been 3 weeks and was causing a lot of distress to me I didn t trust them at that stage Mr Santi abused and mistreated me for 4 hours He was threatening to sue me for selling me a COUNTERFEIT bracelet Absurd Mr Santi They wanted me to leave the shop and Mr Santi was going to call a police Every time I have visited the shop in the last seven years and while I was spending my money there I was one of their best clients the second I had an issue because they sold me COUNTERFEIT - I was called by Mr Santi Naughty Young Lady who he doesn t want to see in their shop ever again Simply because I was demanding my money back which I was absolutely entitled to get back Mr Santi also stated that I ll not be getting any apology Apparently if you are younger that Mr Santi you are worthless He also stated to me you really think we do care about 15 000 it s nothing Well Mr Santi it s a lot of money for me Dear Rich Diamonds Ltd I have a full two hour long recording and I m happy to release it Your clients might be interested to see how they will be mistreated if they have any issues with purchases from your shop If you purchase their bangles and they give you Servicing Papers or simply polishing statement from Cartier - please be aware it DOESN T CONFIRM IT S AUTHENTICITY It s not Cartiers job to prove authenticity and they DON T offer such a service Please do not be misled by Rich Diamonds Ltd After all the inconvenience they have caused me absolutely shocking attitude and threats to sue me from Rich Diamond Ltd I managed to get my money back Rich Diamonds Ltd you have been trading for over 30 years You have sold me a COUNTERFEIT Cartier bracelet I was involved in this unfortunate situation because of you It was your duty to get it sort it smoothly Especially as you had been given chance and time All I can say you couldn t have handled it any worse I will never be back to you oh well Mr Santi already informed me that he doesn t want me there and I will ensure all my friends and associates will be aware of the situation You will be reported to Trading Standards I look forward to your reply and therefore the opportunity to put the recording online
