Simple no pressure fell in love with the place myself and Richmond made the entire process stress free

First time home buying experience

I stumbled across Richmond American Homes through a Zillow listing and immediately became interested in a 5 bed 3 bath dream house I went in person to get more information about the plan and they were extremely kind to me and let me tour the sample home that I was interested in I felt absolutely amazed by the plan and decided to join the waitlist A few weeks later I received a call from a sales associate and went in person to make the biggest decision in my life Julio helped me achieve the goal of owning a beautiful home and made the entire process a breeze I am extremely happy with my decision and with the homebuying experience that I received during the process

From start to finish buying a Richmond American Home was the best decision we made The quality of construction surpasses other homes we looked at The sales team was very knowledgeable friendly and professional Our sales representative made us feel like we were his only client with his timely responsiveness to our many many questions It is one stop shopping from deciding on a home to the mortgage process to insurance to the title company Even after closing the construction sales team are checking in on us regularly Richmond American Home Homes will always get our recommendation

Easy and smooth process in purchasing the house very helpful staff knowledgeable and courteous along all the process could improve in communications response in timely manner more time needed to explore and review the home before closing

Overall Richmond American did a solid job in building our house We ve lived here over a month now My wife kids and I love our new home and would recommend this builder The whole home buying process was a high quality experience from start to finish I do think the price of homes and especially lots is too high but that s the case with all builders in today s market and not Richmond s fault I d say they get a well deserved five stars
