The guys in the shop took specific photos of the guitar I was looking to purchase and emailed them to me within 30 mins They kept in touch and let me know when it was going to be sent etc Pleasure to deal with them - shame they are not local to me as I d be a customer in their shop Great price too would recommend as a retailer

Very happy with Martin guitar

I purchased a lovely pre-owned Martin acoustic which arrived in two days in perfect condition Everything has gone very smoothly and I am really happy with my guitar

Was a bit hesitant to buy a used amp

Was a bit hesitant to buy a used amp without seeing it in person but decided to do it anyway as the price was great The item was just as described packaging was great and delivery was on time Highly recommended

Excellent Service again

Purchased a used PRS Custom 24 35th anniversary description excellent with good photographs revealing the condition of the instrument For remote customers like me who cannot visit the store personally this is invaluable when making the decision to purchase Guitar arrived to me quickly and very well packaged I have been a Richtone customer for many years now purchasing numerous used guitars and have never been disappointed by any purchase Although separated by the sea and 500 odd miles I consider Richtone my local music shop cheers again folks

Had nightmare with previous guitar bought elsewhere so really happy with service I received from Rich Tone and Andys communication and reassurance regarding item being shipped It arrived really quickly guitar set up perfectly and no scratches or hidden repairs as with previous retailers poor excuse of a guitar sent to me and quickly returned Much better guitar from Rich Tone it has to be said

So class I love my epiphone casino I spoke to an operative on the phone an he was so nice an his customer service skills was unmatched The guitar came in perfect condition and it seems set up an ready to play

Used but no difference to being new

I found a very competitively priced Gretsch guitar at Rich Tone and was described as being in good Condition I emailed them to ask what scratches dents and general dings it had and received a same day reply that the guitar didn t show any signs of being played On that information I placed my order Wow arrived on time and double boxed with additional packaging to prevent any movement of the guitar The guitar itself bubble wrapped for Good measure Straight out of the box it was in tune and well set-up As for the condition well lets just say I wouldn t have gotten a better deal condition guitar if I had shelled out for a brand new one There is not a single imperfection on any part of the guitar This is now my favourite guitar just for playability alone Thank you Rich Tone for the honesty and level of service you provided which is unfortunately lacking in many business models today I can highly recommend Rich Tone Music

Great description really good well packed the pre guitar setup wasn t the best I ve seen with two bits of Driftwood underneath the saddle but all in all very pleased with the guitar
