An amazing adventure in China

We would just like to say a BIG thank you to Rob - our trip to China was absolutely amazing We had a ball Rob listened to our initial ideas and built our tailored itinerary just perfectly The hotels were spot on- the locations just perfect and we really appreciated the bit of luxury in Xian and HK We braved the metros and put ourselves out there- met some fabulous local people that added to our experience All the transfers and trips went smoothly and Zoey helped with pointing us in the direction of some activities We liked that there was time for independent travel too It sadly rained torrentially in guilan so we couldn t raft but we managed to get a boat trip Overall we had an incredible experience and we ve already recommended you to some friends we can t wait to go to Japan with you in September

Great trip to Costa Rica

Kelly was responsive and knowledgable about our destination of choice Costa Rica She helped us design a bespoke tour to enable us to experience the Real Costa Rica We traveled to Corcovado National Park the Cloud Forest and the Osa Peninsula We needed to change the itinerary at the last minute and she worked hard to make this happen I would recommend this company and would travel with them again

We have been using Rickshaw Travel since 2008 first trip Vietnam My husband and I like to go on an adventure but with some comfort and Rickshaw s consultants understand what we want Both Rob David have been excellent at listening sorting everything out from start to finish and giving inside knowledge tips that are not in any guidebooks Our next big trip with Rickshaw is to Costa Rica Panama and we are confident that Rickshaw have arrange everything to perfection Thank you for all your sterling work

Wow Another amazing trip from Rickshaw Travel

This was our second trip with Rickshaw and I can t wait to plan the next one Steve arranged an amazing holiday to Thailand He listened to what we were planning and came up with some fabulous ideas to make the trip perfect for us Everything went like clockwork all transfers were there waiting and pick ups on time Excursions booked were so good especially with a personal guide It was a truly magical experience andI can t recommend them enough

Lapland adventure

I took my 11 year old daughter on a fun filled trip to Lapland which was organised by Kelly from Rickshaw Travel She helped me organise a trip last year which was perfect and she did it again We discussed the itinerary and played around with it a bit until it was just right She gives the best advice We stayed in the most magical setting and our days were filled with activities - ice fishing snow shoeing reindeer ride husky sledging sauna jacuzzi Northern Lights I can t recommend Rickshaw Travel enough They make travelling easy and fun and everything a holiday should be

A wonderful company who went the extra mile and more to make our holiday to Greece as perfect as it could be They listened to our needs carefully my daughter is neurodivergent and built a tour that worked for us When there was a small issue with the car hire our fabulous agent sorted it out quickly and efficiently Our hotels were lovely and the staff couldn t do enough to help I would recommend Rickshaw Travel to anyone

Thank you to David for helping us organise our first trip to Japan We approached several companies but David really took time to understand what we were looking for and gave us a great itinerary We ended up going for two weeks with the highlights being Hakone Kyoto and Hiroshima Of course Tokyo was great fun The culture is wonderful as are the people and the food Make sure you travel by train and don t worry that the hotels are near the stations it is exactly what you want The stations are always well placed

Rickshaw Travel helped us from day 1 in choosing the best way to spend our time in Borneo Kelly recommended alterations that worked really well and gave us more time to enjoy the experience and to see much more of the amazing wildlife Monkeys elephants birds and the odd crocodile all in their natural habitat Fabulous holiday and well recommended agent for our honeymoon

Fantastic Trip

We have we just returned from 2 weeks in Thailand what an amazing experience it has been All the transfers ran smoothly on time The tour guides were fantastic knowledgeable fun The floating raft room on the river Kwai to the stilted jungle lodge in Khao Sok national park to the beach front bungalow in ko Lanta were just some of the outstanding accommodations we stayed in Emma from Ricksure listened to what we had in mind bought it together for what has been one of my most memorable holidays yet So many experiences from Bangkok temples long tail boats to swimming in the water falls in Erawan nation park canoeing along Khao Sok river taking in the views spotting monkeys feeding an elephant at breakfast the list goes on I travelled with my husband 9 year old daughter
