Its unfortunate that you need to leave an one star review to a company that you enjoy using every day just to grab their attention but here it is The company policy for lost stuff is trash They basically give you the location of the car and thats it which is ok if the car is at least in the same town they dont even try to make it easier In my case the car had gone to Larnaca from Nicosia and i contacted support asking if there is ANY way to close the car until i got there so i didnt have to pay 15eu or more for overbooking it i had already used the free booking in my morning ride also keep in mind that in my case there were two more cars nearby so they didnt have anything to lose To tell you the truth i would expect a better treatment as a customer that has spent thousands of euros in the app over the past year Thank god i have friends that were able to book the car on their account until i got there but im sure there is room for improvement on this policy or on the support team so they have more freedom to judge and help more if possible

No response from ridenow
I loaded the ridenow app in my home country and was all set to go Unfortunately I forgot to activate international roaming on my phone and had to buy a local sim on arrival I have been trying to contact ridenow for nearly two weeks to see if I can change my cell number to receive one time pins but they neither answer the phone nor return numerous calls nor WhatsApp messages 29 Oct 3 Nov 9 Nov Mistake on my side but no assistance from them a pity I would like to use their vehicles

Amazing Customer Service Even on Sundays
I made a mistake using the app for the first time and ended up in debt because I didn t cancel the ride It was my fault but I genuinely didn t realize it Anyway the Customer Support team helped me with that issue and now I am free of debt A big sign that there are still HUMANS behind this company and not just strange AI robots By the way the contact process was very easy via WhatsApp
