Very minimal effort required on your end They do all the graft they just need dates and info to where you were and for how long payslips then bang refund Recommend to anyone that has to travel for work it is definitely worth the hassle Especially for armed forces

Fantastic Customer Service

I have just finished completing my tax refund with rift The process was super easy and the team have been there every step of the way But this aside my main reason for leaving the review was the outstanding customer service I received from a lovely gentleman called Mak Totally understanding and very patient with myself throughout Over our chats Mak had remembered conversations we had previously that had not even regarded the refund and to me this was a touch of class and made the overall experience personal throughout Mak Is definitely a credit to the company and definitely goes way above the line in my opinion I will 100 reuse Rift for my future tax returns if this is line of customer service received throughout
