Since joining Right at Home I have enjoyed every day being at work There is a great working environment and welcoming supportive team It is incredibly rewarding being part of a team working hard to make a real difference to people s lives Our working environment is supportive friendly fun motivating and challenging but in a positive way I have also enjoyed celebrating National Pizza Day with staff being treated to pizza by senior management Brilliant You are given advice guidance and support yet left to use your own initiative when completing your work You can tell that talent is nurtured and encouraged to grow and progress within Which I am hopeful to do
