It is daunting buying a new car

Took my Ford Kuga into Right Car for a Recal l and must say from reception staff to engineers it was all handled in a professional Courtois standard The work was carried out on time and the vehicle was valeted which was much appreciated All brilliant service

Visited showroom was left to look around for a while then Andre the sales executive asked if we had any questions very smart and polite I he did ask him various questions and specification of the car I was looking at and he knew everything i asked We asked for a test drive which he arranged for the next day We liked the car and agreed a fair deal for my car as a part exchange and various finance deals he sorted out the right option for us and the car is also suitable for our lifestyle and we are very happy with it the collection was good also as Andre the sales executive made sure we were familiar with the controls and new tech which our previous car never had before driving off from our experience we can definitely recommend right car cheers a happy customet

We have been purchasing Ford motor cars for well over 40 years and have only ever bought from one other manufacturer We bought our latest Ford from Rightcar Beverley and were more than delighted with the exemplary customer service we received throughout the purchase and as a result we wanted to give Rob a mention As mentioned we have dealt with many Ford dealerships over the years and have never received such great and caring service Nothing was too much trouble for him Anyone wanting to buy a new Ford car really should pay him a visit In our very honest opinion he is a great asset to the Company We can highly recommend and when the time comes will be more than happy to buy from here again

The sales lady made us feel

Rob was an excellent salesman I can t stand walking around garages and they re often like sharks Totally refreshing and enlightening experience Well recommend I have been back since or order a couple of bits from the parts department but still waiting a number of weeks later

We recently purchased our car from the Right Car Grimsby branch We were assisted in our choice by Rob and his help and advice was excellent We are very pleased with our vehicle and Rob certainly played a part in that At no point did we feel pressured or rushed and he really seemed to care that we made the right choice for us certainly not the experience we have had from other sales staff we have encountered in the past Rob really is a genuine guy and an asset to the Grimsby branch We have also had dealings with Brett from the service department and once again the service we received from him was excellent The work carried out was to a high standard and the garage team Brett did not give up until the issue was resolved satisfactorily We would have no qualms about recommending Right Car Grimsby to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle and if this level of service continues we will have no hesitation in becoming a return customer to this excellent dealership in the future Thanks again Rob and Brett

Just really helpful

My mum s mobility car needed a software update service and I had dropped the car off this morning I had booked a taxi from the Clough Road branch to take me home in order to start my day of working from home However the taxi did not turn up for 30 mins after the time it was booked for Right Car took me home for free Thanks so much I would have been stranded and late for my remote job on the laptop at home otherwise as no other taxis were available at that time and there is a long walk down Clough Road to Beverley Road for buses - I have never understood why there isn t a regular bus service up Clough Road I d give you 100 stars if I could you really do care about customers and their welfare Especially when dropping off mobility cars Thanks so much
