Went there in good faith Gave the specs I was given for the perfect engagement diamond Smooth owner found me one and we agreed the price and everything else until suddenly the diamond wasn t available anymore and he found me a better one which I had to pay more for When the new diamond arrived I asked about the fact it didn t sparkle He just kept pushing me to look the Gia report It kept bothering me why the diamond did not sparkle and I did some research The proportions which the owner said are irrelevant are the main factor in this From the perfect specs he sold me 2nd class stone with higher price I got an opinion from the reputable jeweller and he told be it was exactly I expected he sold me cheaper stone with higher price and of course when the proportions are not right the diamond does not sparkle Spent 5000 euros tried to be careful but got fooled in the end Proposed to change the diamond to the owner who told me I don t deserve it and I am not a child and therefore I should have made my own decision against his strong recommendations pressure Simply put stay away
